Paul is the CEO and founder of Sage. He started his career in technology with stints in software development, immunology, research and sales. Prior to founding Sage in 2009, Paul ran global recruiting teams for AKQA, Crispin Porter+Bogusky and Robert Half Technology. At Robert Half, he managed the largest technology recruiting division in San Francisco. At Sage, Paul developed an efficient recruiting model and methodology to better align incentives for candidates and employers alike, and now delivers exceptional value to clients nationwide and in Europe.
Paul holds a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of San Francisco, and a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in computer science from the University of California at San Diego. He also has certifications in executive coaching and yoga.

Dan has been with Sage since 2010 after a highly successful career in mergers & acquisitions and sales & general management for large and mid-size technology providers. Prior to Sage, Dan held the position of Director of Enterprise Sales at Netapp, where he helped transform the company salesforce from primarily technical selling into a consultative relationship building organization. Previously, Dan was also a professor at University of San Francisco and taught Corporate Strategy and Organizational Development. Dan is adept at all types of searches from technical positions to Director/VP leadership roles for management consulting, technology and life sciences firms. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from University of Illinois, as well as an MBA from University of Chicago.

Since joining Sage in 2012, Alexandra was quickly promoted for her result-oriented abilities and her emphasis on innovation. At Sage, Alexandra has forged lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, has grown and developed the Relationship Management team, established corporate processes operations, and spearheaded all business development initiatives. Alexandra grew up in the heart of the Bay Area. Inspired by Silicon Valley’s visionaries, she developed a lifelong passion for personal development, leadership, and organizational development.

Alexandra is vice president of recruiting at Sage. She is responsible for recruiting at the firm. Alexandra works with both Fortune 500 and start-ups across all industries (including tech and biotech) placing manager to c-level candidates in hard-to-fill roles. Alexandra has also worked in private wealth management, private equity, equity sales and product management. She has a bachelor of arts degree from University of California at Berkeley in political economy of industrial societies with a minor in Italian studies. She is bilingual in Italian and fluent in French. When not on the phone, Alexandra likes to be outside, climbing or on a yoga mat.

Neha began her career as a solutions integration engineer at one of the world’s most formidable companies, Ericsson. After a lengthy employment, she transitioned to Salah Software and attained both technical and corporate experience. In 2013, Neha joined Sage as a research analyst and soon promoted to VP of research. Here she has proven herself an effective manager and innovator. Running a team of 10 researchers, she has developed integral processes from scratch, aligned communication and collaboration initiatives, structured work flows, integrated next gen technology, and proved herself as an invaluable member of the Sage Family.
